How do I know my order is being processed?
Once your order has been placed you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This will confirm the items ordered and the amount that your credit card will be debited. You will only receive further contact from us if there is a problem with your processing your payment, or difficulty in delivering your order.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?
All transactions are processed via PayPal on their highly secure servers. We never see and therefore don't store your credit card details on our server.
What are the delivery times of the plates once I have ordered?
We have a fast, efficient delivery service. Our bulk blank plate stocks and fast plate construction process means orders are processed and delivered within 2-4 working days from payment anywhere within the UK mainland.

How long do I have to cancel my order?
Plates are bespoke items made specifically to order. They cannot be resold to someone else if you change your mind. We start work on your plate the moment we receive your order so we can meet our deadlines. We strongly suggest if you have queries or are uncertain of what you need you call us BEFORE placing your order as refunds cannot be given.
What are the conditions for number plates under British motoring laws?
For further information relating to these conditions click here. We accept no responsibility for the improper use of these plates. All our Number Plates are made from quality materials that comply to the British Standard BS AU 145d.
Do you manufacture plates in unusual shapes such as those used on Rovers?
Yes, we offer a number of unusually shaped plates such as plates for Jaguar S-Types, Rover 75s, and Jaguar X-Types. Click here to see all plate sizes.
I don't know my plate size but know my vehicle make & model;
can you tell me what plates I need?
No we urge all customers to measure the current plates on the vehicle before ordering.
Do you pre-drill plates?
No we do not pre-drill plates as holes are not in standard positions.
